Always a Song

Spring time and once again I am sitting at one of my favorite spots for birding. The trees that were once barren, now are fully clothed in their green attire in the beauty God gave them. I’m sitting on the banks of the backwater looking  across the water to see what the evening silence would bring forth. It is what photographers call the golden hour, where all of nature is bathed in the golden glow of the evening sun. Two mallards flew north from the water, taking flight into the evening sun. A muskrat swims across from one shore to the other.

All was quiet except for one little bird singing his heart song, deep in the forest across the water. I believe that little bird was content in that lonely spot and was sharing with me his evening song. Allowing it to flow from his heart to my heart. Be Blessed and Remain a Blessing.
